Very well done. This edition has lots of pictures, big improvement over the last one. Everything is well explained. Wish there was more on how well stuff stores once dehydrated. So far this is my goto book for dehydrating.

This book is just terrific! I got a thermostatically controlled dehydrator and was advised by friends of the myriad of things that could be dehydrated. I got this book and it's all I need. Because of it I have dehydrated at least 15 food and herb items. I highly recommend this book!

I like the first half of the book which is about dehydrating staff. The other half is about recipes for god sake if I want to follow a recipe I just look at a recipe book.
